Free trial designs are simple to order. Just simply fill the above form. Please make sure you mention in the “Other information” section that it is your first design and you want to avail the free design up to 5000 stitches offer.
WHEN WILL I GET MY DESIGN BACK?
It normally takes 6 to 8 hours for your design to be processed and delivered. Please make sure you put in all relevant information of your design while you place an order, it saves time. If we find that your information lacks complete info or that your artwork is not suitable for digitizing, we will get back to you.
